Merchandise Availability:  While we make every attempt to rightfully represent real inventory numbers on the site, merchandise availability is not guaranteed. If merchandise becomes unavailable while your order is being processed, we will notify you of this by sending you an email. 

Product Info:  All prices are shown on the site in Canadian Dollars.  If you have any questions about product specifications please email us prior to ordering at info@totalitea.com. 

Price Adjustments:  TotaliTea does not grant any price adjustments for merchandise that goes on sale any time after purchase has been completed. 

Cancellations:  TotaliTea does not accept cancellations. 

Pricing and Payment :  All prices listed are in Canadian dollars All of the products listed on TotaliTea.com. are accurate to the best of our knowledge. In the rare occurrence that a price is listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to change the prices on the website at any time without any prior notice and to cancel any orders due to incorrect pricing within the site TotaliTea.com TotaliTea.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. 

Sales Tax & Duties:  All Ontario residents will have 13% HST added to their order.  All other provinces pay 5% GST. U.S. customers will not have Canadian sales tax added to their order; however customers are responsible for their own local sales tax, if applicable. International customers will not have Canadian sales tax added to their order; however they will be responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by their respective countries.
